"I am a physician, my husband is realtor. We both plan to work virtually. We have grown children and grandchildren. One grandchild has recently completed treatment for leukemia. Therefore, it is important that we be within no more than 4 hours from our home in Houston, Texas. We plan to lease in Costa Rica at first. We are also considering Panama because it may be more economically favorable. However, we have spent time in both locations and right now, Costa Rica seems to be a better fit.
