No. Not diverse, the college campus is to some extent, but in general, big country town.

Retail and financial headquarters. A lot of career opportunities, the unemployment levels are low, and the general level of professional qualifications is mediocre.

In general, what are peoples' priorities in this city? For example, do lives revolve around work, family, socializing, sports, etc.?

I would say sports - your typical beer/football city. A college town (Univ.) Family, to some extent.
