In terms of religious, racial, economic and cultural diversity, are the people of this city or town diverse? Are they accepting of differences? Describe.

I would say the people of Columbus are very accepting of differences for two reasons:

  • OSU is one of the largest universities (thus a diverse student body) in the USA and is a big part of what makes up Columbus
  • Columbus has an African American Mayor in office

What are the main industries in this city? What types of career opportunities commonly exist? How do most people find new jobs?

Service, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Education, Government

If a friend of yours was thinking of moving to this city or town from far away, what other advice would you give them.

Affordable living with a lot of the perks of a big city and growing everyday & very safe. A variety of educational institutions (OSU, Franklin, Capital, Ohio Dominican, Otterbein). A lot of different type of sport activities
