Yoga

International

K-12

Very rough estimate: one third bus, one third train, one third walk.
How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?
Very limited facilities. Perhaps the poorest (in terms of physical resources) among international schools in Tokyo. Some extra curricular activities available.
How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?
Activities of mother volunteers makes social activities possible. School itself does very little. There is a Mother's network but nothing for the fathers.
What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?
Be sure to look at all the other international schools in Tokyo. The Amerian School has great faciliites and programs; ISSH has better grounds and a nurturing environment; Yokohama International should be considered. Talk candidly, if possible, to the high school students who have been at the school for some length of time.
