There are many, although many of them have not yet upgraded to international standards. There is a swimming pool with swimming lessons by a in-house coach, Karate, Athletics, Cricket and Drama.
What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?
The school offre Edexel syllabusses. That makes our children adaptable to the school.
How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?
Nothing, but there are informal clubs formed around extra-curricular activities.
What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?
This school seems to give all students some sense of local culture and the society, compared to many international schools in the country. We have done a good survey of all schools in this area before we get our ones enrolled. We were not very impressed with many other schools as they send students mad with unnecessarily heavy work load. They seem to have the understanding that more work will enable to make better products, which is a myth. But I know some local parents appreciate that approach, which is sad from the child's perspective.
