I fully agree with the Report. In primary school Sekolah Global Indo-Asia uses the world renowned International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. It is absolutely the best and only internationally accredited school in Batam. Although many schools in Batam claim to use an international curriculum, none are accredited and most use a strange mix of curriculum's which are not very effective. The new leadership in place has done a great job improving the school and we all sincerely hope that the board support them. The "old" leadership in the school, specifically the Indonesian Principals and HRD should be removed from the school to allow the new leadership to improve the school even more. Our hats go off to the two new leaders! Great JOB!

From what I heard....the new leaders did not do what their jobs well. Both of them just blaming the other leaders instead of working together as a team. No training or new things were given by the new leaders. They called themselves as professional trainer...but they don't know how to train. They like to talk behind instead of siting, discussing what would be the best for all... The new ones are not good leaders...!!!!!!!!
