Bus or walk or parent drop off.
How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?
Brand new school opening in August 2011 with many extra-curricular activities (see website)
What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?
Couselling sessions through orientation and before departure in the form of small groups. The counsellor's doctorate thesis for Elementary and Middle School was on third culture kids.
How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?
PTA is strong and there are many opportunities for parents to get involved in the school. Especially in Elementary and High School.
What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?
The Korean student culture is not very inclusive and it can take time for foreign students to make friends. But the overall culture of the school is very positive and there are many service opportunities. The leaders at this school are all Godly men.
