guestThan you very much for your frank review. We were considering coming to Hamburg, as I am German and have a daughter, born in the US. Every parent comment seems to suggest to the same: stay away from this city, because the school is not up to par. The most important factor in moving to any city when children are involved, is the available school system. I find it hard to believe that teachers would be so ignorant and prefer to keep "things" the way they are used to, versus raising the bar and ultimately their accomplishment levels and salaries. Old teachers in facilities that lack updates as well as curriculums that are below standard should not be allowed to get liscensed. The city of Hamburg has sold out, as a result we too will not move to Hamburg, but take our high standards and skills we have to offer, where they can be matched.
