A parent whose child attends Noblesse International School in Metro Manila says the school has overcome its early problems and is really flourishing, it offers a great environment and education for all its students.

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

Excellent, modern facilities, well equipped sports, music and art programs. Intramural and inter school sports (soccer, basketball, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, swimming and golf. The Student Council is very active and plans many social activities such as Halloween and Christmas parties, dances. NIS also has an aggressive community service program.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

MY child has gone from preschool to the third grade at Noblesse, she is ahead of her neighborhood peers from other schools. There is not a transition program but the curriculum is conducive to a smooth transition to any state program.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

There are both formal and informal activities for parents through the PTA and in partnership with planned activities with the Student Council which is very active at this school.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

They could not find a better school outside of Metro Manila. The school has overcome its early problems and is really flourishing, it offers a great environment and education for all its students.
