How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

Perched on a hill above the city, it's a bit far from the center of Guanajuato, but the inexpensive bus provided by the school covers the whole area. Nice classrooms and nice big yard.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

No special program. My child already spoke Spanish. The school personnel were welcoming and friendly. For children who don't speak spanish I'm told it takes 4 months before they're comfortable.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

They have occassional meetings.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

I think it's a good school. You'll need to buy uniforms. Buy the boy's blue dress pants and blue jeans (for both girls and boys) in the states before you go. Bring white polo shirts and red T-shirts for the boys and girls to wear until you can get the uniforms since they're not always available. Bring red knee socks and black dress shoes for girls.
