American, International
What grade levels are represented at this school?
k-12

bus or car
How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?
Facilities and extra-curricular activities are ok.
What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?
The curriculum is way weaker than a north american curriculum. Kids don't have troubles joining ASK, they have troubles when they return back home. They would have to catch up all what they would have missed. Other schools in Kuwait like AIS offer way stronger curriculum and they take education more seriously.
How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?
Nothing!
What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?
If what you are looking for for your kids is just to have fun and get as little education as possible, let them join ASK. Otherwise, if you care about the quantity and quality of the education, then you better choose a different school. AIS is a decent school. Many British schools are good as well. TES, NES, KES, and BSK all are better than ASK.
