Bus / walk. Many of them live in the area around the school
How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?
Facitlities are OK. Good theatre. Good swimming pool. Fairly big but shabby and now very well kept sports field.
What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?
Its quite easy going so no big deal for the transition.
How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?
Nothing much really. The usual PTA exists but is quite ineffective. The school is basically a profit generating business and that shows
What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?
I would advise them not to put their kids there. We did because it was convenient and close to where we lived but it was a bad decision - poor teaching, poor results in the IB exams, no discipline...all in all a bad experience.
