Two story 2000 square ft beach home only $150,000.00 USD.

How did you choose your neighborhood and find your home or apartment?

Searched for a great value in a direct beachfront home. Found "La Ceiba Beach Club" to have the best values anywhere in Central America and The Caribbean

Are your housing costs higher or lower than they were in your home country? What is the average cost of housing there?

The cost is far below here than in The USA. Very inexpensive in Honduras.

Was at the mall today in La Ceiba and noticed how many more foreigners were shopping. It made me feel good that some I knew were clients of mine from throughout the past few years. The dream home I built for them still looking good and them smiling. Good for me, Honduras and my clients
