What advice would you give someone preparing to move to your area about the actual move, choosing a neighborhood and finding a home?

Stay in the area for a while before making a desision and try and get some inside information ..someone from your own country who has lived in this place a while

Guatape is beautiful, but I found it to be quite chilly. The town and houses are new and were built by the government when they flooded the area to build the resivoir.
