akurthHow to find an English speaking realtor. We've been looking online, but most if not all are vacation rentals. We would like st the very least 8 months or preferably a years lease. San Sebastián is where we want to relocate permanently, but a year of rental would be the best way to really experience our wants and needs. Biking or walking to the beaches, no car, maybe motor scooters in the future. We are both retired and have been to Europe and Spain many times, and San Sebastián is the destination we have decided to relocate to.
