When viewing an area, don't accept if there is DSL in the area that you will be able to connect, confirm with the supplier, most dsl is over extended, the alternative is wifi, and these work very badly. Also check your power utilities supplier, some have brownouts daily and power fluctuations, definite need here is power backup ie. APC. Never buy used car unless you really know past owner, locals tend not to service or repair vehicles, and then only do minimum repairs.
