What is unique about your organization?

INC has a very special Community Services program. Newcomers are invited to make a real difference in peoples’ lives. Our efforts are concentrated on the amazing human potential we have in our club, and focus on getting members directly involved in volunteerism in local institutions, while providing the financial support that is needed.

Our main purpose is to help new arrivals become acquainted with the community, to facilitate social contacts, to share information and to provide activities for all members of the family.

What kind of activities does your group sponsor?

INC is involved with several charities around São Paulo.

The proceeds from visitors' entrance fees (R$20) and member donations (R$10 suggested donation) made at the door of our Monthly Coffee Meetings, as well as from the sales of used books, go towards after-school activities for high-risk children at one of these charities.

2010 INC COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM

2010 is a year of changes in Community Services. INC has been reviewing its charities in order to determine those that have real needs and those has enough who have enough sponsorship already, This is very difficult process, but a necessary one, to ensure that the money donated to charities is received and spent properly on its needs.

Currently we are working closely with the following organizations:
