Make sure to take time for yourself and your partner to relax and enjoy the city. 5. Consider hiring a doula or midwife to provide additional support during the pregnancy and birth. 6. Take advantage of the many parks and outdoor spaces in Calgary to get out and enjoy the fresh air with your baby. 7. Make sure to take advantage of the many resources available to help you navigate the Canadian healthcare system.
