Great ...yes ... lots of expats here. Cultural ... mostly music shows ... recreation, the beaches, parties, clubs ... night life, same

Permanent visa ... bit complicated unless you are married and have a Brazilian child

Not here if you take care ... rural. Only in the big cities

Describe available transportation where you live. Do you need a car? Is there access to safe public transportation?

Old folks ... seniors ride the buses for free ... fairly decent system. I do have a car but ride the bus mostly.

Yes

Just do it ... quit wasting time ... I'm happy.
