Good exchange rates. An Account in the UK. At all times, have at least $ 2000 at hand.

That's a ridiculous question. Every person has his own comfort zone.

In Arab countries, you do NOT! In Europe, you DO. In America, you DO. In South America, you DON'T. in China, they let you ROT. In Japan, they send you to the USA :-)

Absolute NO CRIME in Saudi!!! Lots of crime in Europe and South America. Canada is rather safe. Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Muslim countries = no crime to speak of.

Describe available transportation where you live. Do you need a car? Is there access to safe public transportation?

Nowadays it is hard to imagine ANYWHERE without a car.
