Describe how you "dreamed" expat life would be before you moved overseas. Please provide as much detail as possible.
We lived in many countries before so I dreamed Romania will be just the same, meeting new people, learning new things incl. the language but I also expected that many things from the Communist time haven't changed

Not at all. I don't feel very welcome here, no language classes and no expats at all. There is not much to do here.
