Describe how you "dreamed" expat life would be before you moved overseas. Please provide as much detail as possible.
I thought it would be very laid back.
How has your expat experience met the expectations you dreamed about before you moved abroad?
Not much.
How has your expat experience NOT met the expectations you dreamed about before you moved abroad?
Not my experience. Frustrating getting anything done. Many things, especially electronics are inferior and much more expensive. Generally people drive like maniacs and think only of themselves. Now with that off my chest. I like it here, it is many times frustrating, but I do not want to move back to the U.S.
