Very useful information, thanks for the advice. You mentioned tax on real estate and that sometimes there is a discrepancy. So should one always ask if the purchase price includes tax or not ? Is it calculated in a percentage ? Say we are looking at a bit of land near Vidin for eg. 8000 pounds and around 27000 sq meters, just an example.
