guestMy Sister and I are traveling to Saipan after a 40 year absence. We went to 4th and 5th grade in Garapan Village in 1970 and 1971. I remember the people being friendly and have longed to return since. We will be there July 13th through July 22nd. Troy Jones, Benson, AZ
