Use Taxis Instead of Buying a Car

Taxis are so cheap to use in the Philippines (except Manila) and relatively cheap in South Korea, I didn't find it necessary to purchase or rent a car. Also, once you see the driving habits of the locals in both of those countries, I think you will agree with me and leave the driving to someone else. (Note: This tip was submitted anonymously by an Expat Exchange reader in a survey.)
