If equipped with a permanent visa (visa permanente) and "Cedula de extranjeria" you may affiliate with one of the Government supported Health Care Centers in Colombia. The health care system in Colombia is still undergoing some changes but as for now allows for basic and advanced medical services. Cost: approx. USD 40/month. No age limit!
