Rental of flat - prices from 900 EUR up with bills included..if you rent from local person- be careful of Fraud have a rental contract signed and notarized, even after paying rent landlords ask money from tenants for gas, electricity, water though this is all included in the rent of 900 EUR. Be very careful when signing the rental contract. Rental of flat directly from municipality price 250 EUR plus electricity & water round 200 EUR per month. Expenses for food per month round 600 Eur per month for 1 person if you shop at the Prima & Cap Sud market, local green markets are not recommended for expats. Going out after 6pm is not safe, always go out with local driver. Local community does not speak English & tend to overprice the products, best is to buy from supermarkets where all products have prices. Going out in the night in clubs be careful which clubs are safe and recommended for expats. Try to visit the ATM machine during the day, best is not to take out money alone. ATM machine does not have money all the time so be prepared to have some cash with you. Changing currency is total nightmare at the local bank, waiting time is 2hours minimum.
