Baking at High Altitudes

If you are a baker like me, you could become very frustrated when baking at high altitudes. Lots of adjustments have to be made and most recipes won't work at high altitudes, especially if you're going to make cookies or cakes. Make sure you search for a recipe that will work at your altitude or else you may end up with super crunchy, flat cookies and fallen cakes. Good luck!
