I found the website daft.ie to be an invaluable tool when I was researching places to live in Ireland. It is very helpful even in the early states of your moving research if you are not sure just where you want to relocate. By perusing the available properties, it gives you a fair idea of price and availability, what's nearby, etc. Most properties also have photos so it really is a great website to assist in gathering information as well as possibly finding your new home, whether you are renting or buying. I did!
