Renting a Flat in Barcelona
View/Add Comments (0 Comments) |
Many young people move to Barcelona as part of a student exchange program, and the first thing they usually do is to look for accommodation. While there are many who prefer to live as close to their place of study to avoid extra transportation costs, you may very well end up paying more for your room than you could save by living in another neighborhood a little bit further away, which is still in a nice area, but would require that you take the bus or metro. For example, if you are studying near the city center (Plaza Catalunya etc), you may very well find a very nice room or flat closer to Rocafort of Sant Antoni, which would not only be cheaper, but probably also offer a larger room! Great places to look for rooms is loquo.es or on expat sites and forums where people offer their rooms.
