International flights to and from Tashkent are expensive and, for most airlines, infrequent (e.g. once or twice a week). Uzbekistan airways don't currently offer online booking and don't appear on all flight booking websites. However, if you keep trying you can find them on some of the well-known flight websites. There is one budget airline option too if you're willing to fly through Riga and book well in advance. If booking any flight once in Uzbekistan, you will need US dollars.
