I would like to suggest that anyone moving to Jamaica should get in touch with the Jamaican High Commission that serves their area. Make a list of ALL their questions and be ready to write the responses. Folks will give their experiences that can also be helpful but nothing like checking the JHC. Hope this will be of help.
