Cost-and-Types-of-Food

If you plan on eating American food, be forewarned that it is much more expensive here. Hamburger can be $15/lb. Cheese is hard to find (ezshopkorea.com or iherb.com is your best bet). There are no frozen vegetables and few canned. You may not recognize many of the fresh ones. Bring your own spices as they are hard to find. Lowfat or sugar free is almost non-existent. You might think there will be a lot of organic food. That's not the case.
