Scammers in real estate Honduras

As many we'll know scammers are at every doorstep throughout life. Don't be taken in real estate scams in Honduras. You should watch for agents, builders and even developers that show photos or videos using others property - not their own. Another is to offer golf courses and luxury features that if you simply take the time.... they won't take place. You should be very aware of people online that use fake user names. They use these names for hype, persuade and to lure people in a dishonest way. Would you want to email back and forth for days or even months to someone that is NOT someone also searching for property, but is actually the owner of a development or a salesman ?!?
