Some Uncommon Tips for Provincial Living

If offered food by a newly met older woman or young woman for that matter, kindly refuse until you get to know them better -- especially if you're new to the area. This subject is probably viewed as taboo on this site, but food that has a mojo put on it will really do a number on you.. Yup, I know..sounds like poppycock, but it does happen more often than you would realize to foreigners.

Born in Greece but spent most of my time in the states..some in England..moved to the P.I with my local wife a year ago from the island of Guam. Open to new experiences,travel hangin out etc.. Currently moved to Baguio but already regretting it because of the cols..looking to move on or near the beach in Pangasinan. Havent met any expats really, no.offense but the guys i saw in urdaneta looked really lost and werent able to return a smile or a greeting..would love to meet expats as I really miss being able to have conversations in English.No show offs or big shot kanos please haha
