We are Rancho Silencio. Rancho Silencio is not a development, it is simply 4 lots available of 1.5 to 2 acres each, just west of San Ramon. It is not a ''gated community'' but there is a gate. We don''t charge association fees nor tell you what you can and cannot do or build.

We call our properties Rancho Silencio because it is a quiet, tranquilo area and we hope to keep it that way. So that''s our only ''rule'': be respectful of others'' peace and quiet and be respectful of your neighbors in general.
