About the Property

It is a studio flat equipped with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It is the most convenient accomodation option for couples, single travellers or families with infants. The apartment is situated at a very convenient location, it is just a few minutes of walk to Sultanahmet Square.

The flat has a private entrance after the main entrance and the keys for both doors are provided upon your arrival.There is no elevator available at the apartment. Each flat consists of a bed room (appx. 25 m2) and a short coridor accesing to a bathroom (appx. 8 m2) and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, kettle and useful kitchennette. Each one of our flats is heated by individual combi boiler and each bed room has a split air-conditioner. There are either 2 single beds in our flats (90-190 cm) or a double bed (140*190 cm). Each room has an armchair and a chair as well. There is also a wardrop (90*190 cm) and a sattellite LCD television (82 cm ) in each one of the rooms. The rooms are bright and have wide windows for fresh air. All flats have wireless internet connection.

The bathrooms have cabin-showers and hot water is available 24 hours. There is also a bathroom cabinet with a hair-dryer installed. For each arrival, shower consumables enough for one week use and hand towels are provided in the bathroom. Hand soaps, a small shampoo, toilet papers and slippers are provided as complimentary.

Our kitchens have an oven, stove and kettle facility. You can also find plates and flatwares in the rooms. The kitchens are located at the end of the corridors and there is also a table in the kitchen. The kitchens are useful to prepare hot drinks, breakfast and preparing sandwiches. Please note that we serve open buffet breakfast to all our guests at our sister hotel Naz Wooden House Inn which is located at a distance of a few minutes walk from our apartment.
