We ask also $500 for a deposit. The apartment gets a lot of sunlight all times of the year and is recently renovated (4 yrs ago). It has one big bedroom and a smaller child room, one integrated living-dining area, bathroom with walk in shower, balcony, and an open kitchen (about 80 square meters in total).
