The three custom-built houses are well distanced from each other on a total of 1.8 hectares. This estate has been lovingly planted with a colorful landscape of trees, flowering ornamentals and herb gardens. There are many raised garden beds filled with rich dark soil and an organic orchard on the property producing bananas, mangos, mulberries, figs, avocados, citrus and more.

House #1 El Nido (the Nest); so called because this house is nestled within one of the rare Huilco forests still existing in the valley. It is an elegant custom built, 120 meters square, two-story brick house. One half of the downstairs has a bedroom divided by an adobe arch creating an adjacent studio space, with a toilet, sink and an outside shower. The other half of the downstairs is a bodega with washing machine. The upstairs has very high ceilings with lots of light, a kitchen with plentiful cabinets, the master bedroom, living room with large windows and bath room with separate shower and a two person giant bath tub with window looking out towards the woods. Outside the bedroom is an office and back veranda with a small private waterfall where a large variety of birds play all day.

House #2 is a spacious and luxurious adobe casita of 180 square meters total, has one bedroom, a bathroom that includes a shower/tub with mosaic designs, kitchen with wood cabinets and a gas stove. The well lit open living room/dining room/ kitchen floor plan has high ceilings with hefty wood beams. A giant oblong window looks out on lush valley and mountain views. This house has been an easy income as a monthly rental since it was built. The roof of this casita is a fully covered open space, perfect for dance or meditation. It can easily be transformed into an enclosed living space.

#3 is an elegant, wooden, two bed room house, has a work studio, bathroom with separate tub and shower, living room and kitchen. This house is great for rental or for a live-in land manager.

Potable water is piped in from Podocarpus National Park. Canal water is available in the dry season. There are 4 large water storage tanks for back up.,/p>
