Firstly, the farm is owned by one of my relatives but as he speaks only Spanish I have agreed to help him out in dealing with the English side, Serious buyers will introduced to the owner and I do NOT get a commission etc. Only good karma points from the family.

The farm is rolling hills, suitable for grazing animals but NOT practical for using machinery. The farm has lots of old growth trees of various types and large portions have never had the original forest cover removed. As a result the soil is very rich and hasn't been eroded as is common in most areas of Panama. There are also numerous howler monkeys on the farm and throughout the area, The rich land and proximity to Isla Caña park would make this ideal for an eco-tourism venture.

There is currently NO electricity on the site, the nearest electrical connection to the farm is 800m down the road, There is plenty of water including a government supplied residential water supply. The farm is 3 km off the main road that runs along the coast from Tonosi to Pedasi. The road is a bit worse for wear but is scheduled to be repaved this year. Also, the access road from the main road to Agua Buena is scheduled to be repaved at the same time.. The last two 2km from Agua Buena to the farm is however definitely requires four wheel drive and good ground clearance to navigate but is easily manageable.. <;/p>
