About the Property

Recently refurbished countryside villa with garden. The country villa itself is an ancient building dating back to XVII century, the villa represents a rather typical Italian countryside style. During the 20s and 30s the villa was improved and enlarged keeping in the mind its historical value, while in 2004 and 2005 it was completely restored and its entire structure was strengthened.

External

The entrance gate is high, giving you the privacy you need to enjoy the place; the villa is also surrounded by a leafy hedge – crossing the gate is like entering a place of enchantment straight from the end of XVII century. A gravel driveway (well lighted), in the middle of a manicured lawn, leads from the gate to the house. On the right, an ancient watering place takes us back in time.On the back of the villa, the silence is more profound; you can enjoy the garden and the orchard, looking over to the wild just over the fence.

Internal

You come into a small lobby; on the corner you find the entrance to the old barn – very spacious, where you find also a gust bathroom. On the left, you find the stairs that take you upstairs; to the right you enter the sitting room and then the kitchen, which enjoys also a back door, leading to a small paved area, a haven of peace for an intimate meal or a raucous party with friends. Well-manicured hanging plants and shrubs are everywhere: you are always encircled by nature.

Coming up the stairs, you reach a small corner, now used as a studio; on the left you find an uncoated and unfurnished attic – and then three bedrooms. In the third, the master bedroom, you can enjoy a separate wardrobe and the bathroom has a spacious shower built using the ancient bricks.
