About the Property

House-sitter for mountain chalets in Sarchi, Costa Rica wanted (move in April 1st) who will keep the property clean, tidy and maintained (inc. grass cut and greasing electric gate).

You'll live in one of the 2 chalets and keep an eye out on the other one which will need cleaning now and again and kept free from insects, etc. (it has an LG washing machine in it). The chalet you would live in has a refrigerator, stove, kettle, microwave, couch, chairs and mattress.

Must be reliable, keep in touch (especially if anything goes wrong or needs fixing) and happy to show viewers around (as the property is for sale) and pay the electricity/water (about $50 total per month).

Minimum one month's notice from either of us. Amazing mountain valley views in Trojas (15 mins north of Sarchi Norte).

Peaceful and fresh. Probably need a car but there are regular buses that stop about quarter mile away. Road is paved all the way. Only 40-50 mins to airport (depending on traffic).
