The house has been lived in permanently and as a result is in good condition and very well maintained.

Next to the main house there is a guest house (casita) with a living room, a kitchen with adjoining dining area, and a cozy bedroom loft beneath the sloped roof, with a bathroom and covered terrace. A split air-conditioner keeps room temperatures pleasant all year round. This can be used as a guest house or as income property. Both houses were recently renovated in 2012 and in the following years, numerous installations were renewed or installed; for example, the electrical wiring was partially redone, the instant hot water unit was replaced, and new water pumps and an electric lawn sprinkler system were installed.
