Personal trainer!

Sadly I've heard some bad stories about personal trainers who hasn't been committed and such among my expat friends and others living in SH but I'd like to share my great experience with my personal trainer! I've been training with him for 6 months. I'm much into fitness and healthy lifestyle but I needed someone who could push me further. I'm 30 and my body has never been so lean! I have the butt I ever dreamed of. It's thanks to my diet regimen and the heavy iron lifting, cross fit and all fat burning exercise. My PT convinced me to not do all the running I've always done to burn fat. Instead he introduced me to all the squats, push ups, cross fit and to do just walking and hit the cross trainer with a pulse of max 65% of my max heart rate. I'm so happy I met him and I'm recommending him to anyone who wants to get in better shape, gain weight, lose fat, build muscles or even strength training. He has the right mind set and will help you reach your goals. Send me a PM and I'll provide you w his contact info. (Continue Reading)
