Like most places customer service can be outstanding to the point it makes you blush, or it can be severely lacking. At restaurants, don't expect your food order to be as big as it looks in any picture... this holds especially true for burgers and meat orders. Yes, by all means if your order wasn't done correctly send it back, but don't do it arrogantly or aggressively... most waitstaff will respond to complaints if they are put quietly and respectfully.
