The most popular are beachfront and beach view condos noted as Vista Las Palmas, Bahía Azul, Diamante del Sol, Bahía Encantada, The Palms, Acqua Residence, La Paloma Blanca. These properties are the top of the class in Jaco Beach with full amenities and security. Of these listed, Las Palmas and Diamante del Sol are the highest structures in Jaco and entirely upscale due to their proximity to the beach. Naturally they are the most expensive to rent. Just one block to the beach you will find mid-range condo properties such as Monaco, Monte Carlo, Jaco Bay, Condos Costa Linda and Macaw Ocean Club. Although these are in the mid-range pricing but still very upscale. On a lower scale, Condominio Villas Paraíso and Suenos del Paraíso.
