Taxis are so cheap to use in the Philippines (except Manila) and relatively cheap in South Korea, I didn't find it necessary to purchase or rent a car. Also, once you see the driving habits of the locals in both of those countries, I think you will agree with me and leave the driving to someone else. (Continue Reading)

Transportation here in Germany is outstanding. As far as the driver's license is concerned, get that information asap. It depends on the state you come from as to what you need to do.
