Do: Visit the National Park during the dry season for best animal viewing, do a self-driven safari so you can spend as much time as YOU want looking at animals, and talk to others at the hotels to see where and when they saw different animals. DON'T: Try to leave after sunset. The gates to the park WILL be closed, and you will have to hope that one of the hotels has openings. (Continue Reading)

DO: Look up the average weather in your country to determine how hot or cold it will normally be during the seasons. This will make sure you bring the correct clothing and do not pack unnecessary items in your suitcase. DON'T: Assume the weather will be the same as what you're used to. Plan ahead. It will be incredibly important. I would recommend to look into houses available to rent or buy online, depending on the length of your stay.
