Since november 2012, new rules are now in place. There is no longer FM3, FM2s etc. Now there is Residente Temporal, and Residente Permanente. A work permit will be given under Residente Temporal. (Continue Reading)

Importing of Vehicles

Right now, you can import vehicles that are 6 or more years old IF the VIN number starts from 1-5 . That seems to include some BMW and Mercedes SUVs, some toyota trucks etc. But the import duties will be around 1800 bucks. (Continue Reading)
