Most ATM's disperse $5's $10's, and $20's with a max of $300 at a time no matter what your withdraws limit is.. Banks will change $20's to ones or dollar coins. ATM's do often run out of cash but banks will take your debit card and in most instances give you more than $300 if your card allows it. (Continue Reading)
